Loc: Sun Dial
A massive disk of gold and silver is embedded into the ground, much too large to carry off by any account. A golden fin rises and radiates from the center point out to the edge of the disk. The disk is marked in ornate figures, in order to tell time.
With some effort the disk can be made to rotate beneath the fin. As it does, the sun starts and stops in its path across the sky. Those not touching the disk experience time normally. Those touching it seem to blink out of existence; True sight reveals them moving very... slowly...
